From Indonesia to France
It all started during my last trip to Indonesia…
It was there that I first discovered mukena, the magnificent traditional prayer robes worn by Indonesian women. They were everywhere, in mosques, in homes, even in airports. And each time, I was amazed by their elegance, their soft colors, and the little matching bag so practical for carrying them everywhere.
I immediately fell in love with it. I thought, "Why don't we have this in France?" Outfits that are comfortable, refined, and easy to carry, making each prayer even more beautiful, sweeter, and more intimate. So the idea slowly took root in my mind... And that's how Miraya France was born.
A brand directly inspired by this Indonesian tradition that I loved so much, and created with the heart, to make you discover the beauty of mukena. Each model is made with noble fabrics, designed for those who seek softness, modesty and elegance in their moments of prayer.
In collaboration with Miraya Indonesia, we wanted to keep the authenticity of this garment while adapting it to the needs of women here.
